I’m excited to announce the second version of Multiglot—an educational app for learning language vocabulary. Multiglot 2 lets you test your spelling with a new activity! It also expands the images pool to 1954 images—that’s over twice the number of images in the previous version! And as if that wasn’t enough, it adds an additional 104 English words, bringing the total to 221!
The new spelling activity helps you to test your spelling by spotting the similarities in multiple images. Flashcards are only made for words which you have successfully recognised enough times in the recognition activity. So, if you want to try this out, you first need to use the recognition activity for a couple of days.
Lastly, if you’re already a student of Multiglot, it’s worth knowing that it works best when you use it every day. So, if you gave the recognition activity a try but got to the end of your flashcards, come back the next day: once you prove you still remember everything, you’ll be given more flashcards—and with this release, you’ll also start getting tested on your spelling!
